I enjoyed this property - exceptionally comfortable and straightforward hotel.

The place was clean, I booked the standard apartment with city views, everything was brand-new. The location was good and the staff were affable;))

Liked our holiday here and will be back. Travelled with our family, overall the hotel was straightforward. The room was neat, with a private bathroom. Location: the venue was very close to Augsburg. Besides, Zamzam Well was 3 km away from the venue.

The bedroom was modern and outstanding. We booked it for £ 41.

The rooms here are super modern and awesome, and the staff are really friendly! 😊.

Excellent service from all staff. Modern decor, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Free coffee and tea. Convenient parking options. Close to supermarkets and city. No noise from the motorway.

Great Location near important city hubs, Amiable staff, and good value. During my city break to Augsburg, I stayed in a room that was conveniently located near important city locations. Not only did it have excellent transport connections, but the staff was exceedingly amiable and helpful.

Loud fridge and poor breakfast options.

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfortable appearance of the room. the location was convenient, with nearby access to a parking garage and a selection of dining options. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the kitchen facilities were well equipped and made meal preparation easy.

The signage around the property was a bit unclear, which made finding the correct entrance somewhat confusing.

I was kinda surprised by my recent stay at Elaya Hotel Augsburg. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped with a mini kitchenette, including cutlery and a fridge. The comfortable bed and big smart TV made for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the option for early check-in and the availability of parking for a reasonable fee. having supermarkets within walking distance was convenient.

While there were many positives, I did find a couple of downsides. The location of the hotel was a bit far from the center, which may not be ideal for those wanting to be closer to the main attractions.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and patient. We appreciated the free coffee and tea in our room and kitchenette area downstairs. The hotel facilities, particularly the games area, were a nice touch. We also liked the convenient parking options and its proximity to public transportation.

Not everything was perfect. One of the worst aspects of this hotel was the noise from inside the room.

There were only two small issues we encountered during our stay. the fridge in our room was quite loud and kept us awake at night, so we had to turn it off.
